Web application exception message: HTTP Error 404 - Not Found

Problem

Mostly when starting a web application. The displayes site by message "HTTP Error 404 - Not Found".

Reason

When using SOWIWeb.Foundation: possibly uses of double name e.g. two Home controller

Solution

When using SOWIWeb.Foundation: check double name in Controller and his views. Rename or remove web controller of double name.
